| CURRICULUM
Learning that connects students to the world around them.
D.A.T.E. delivers a distinctive curriculum that integrates environmental science, agricultural studies, and technology into daily learning experiences that are fully aligned with the Georgia K – 12 Standards. Scholars benefit from rich opportunities in agriculture and environmental science through work with greenhouse and aquaponics systems, as well as courses in agribusiness, animal husbandry, conservation, composting, and sustainability practices.
Our curriculum intentionally integrates outdoor classrooms as an essential component of student learning. These spaces provide authentic, hands-on experiences that extend beyond the traditional classroom setting.
| STEAM PROGRAM
Science. Technology. Engineering. Arts. Math.
D.A.T.E. Academy is a fully STEM-accredited school — and STEAM thinking is embedded in everything we do. We don’t treat these disciplines as separate subjects. We teach them as what they actually are: interconnected tools for solving real problems.
From the TechEagles robotics program to the STEAM Bus that brings mobile learning directly to students, our STEAM offerings give every scholar access to the experiences that build tomorrow’s innovators.

| CAREER PATHWAYS
12 paths. Endless possibilities. Starting in 5th grade.
D.A.T.E. Academy’s curriculum is a hands-on, integrated approach that gives students a foundation for understanding both the natural and built environment. Rather than teaching subjects in isolation, we connect learning across disciplines — making every concept relevant, every lesson applied, and every student an active participant.
From Kindergarten through 8th grade, agriculture, technology, and environmental science are woven into core academics. Students who leave D.A.T.E. don’t just know things — they know what to do with what they know.
| TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVE
One-to-one technology access for every student
DATE 1-to-1 Device Program
Every D.A.T.E. student has personal device access to support learning inside and outside the classroom. Students and families with limited internet access receive additional support through our technology support initiative.
STEAM Bus
Our mobile makerspace brings hands-on technology, engineering, and innovation experiences directly to students in a fully equipped rolling classroom. A one-of-a-kind experience that sets D.A.T.E. apart.
DNN (D.A.T.E. Student News Show)
Student journalists, producers, camera operators, and anchors run our school’s broadcast news show from the ground up. Real skills, real audiences, real accountability.
Library Learning Commons
A modern, collaborative learning environment that blends traditional literacy with digital research tools, media production, and independent project-based exploration.

How do students join a club
Club sign-ups take place at the beginning of each school year during the Activities Fair. Students may join multiple clubs depending on schedule availability. Contact the school office for information on specific club requirements or meeting schedules.
| FIELD TRIPS
Learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door
D.A.T.E. Academy students visit college campuses, compete in regional and state-level club competitions, and explore real-world environments that bring their classroom learning to life. Every trip is an opportunity to see the world — and see themselves in it.

College Visits
Building college-going culture from an early age by exposing students to higher education environments across Georgia and beyond.

Club Competitions
Supporting students as they compete at regional and state-level events in robotics, performing arts, athletics, and more.

Environmental Excursions
Taking environmental science out of the textbook and into the field with hands-on ecosystem study and conservation experiences.
| CAMPS
Summer learning. Year-round growth.
STEAM Camp
Hands-on science, technology, engineering, and innovation experiences for curious minds who aren’t ready to stop learning when the school year ends. Students explore, build, create, and solve real problems in a dynamic summer environment rooted in D.A.T.E.’s STEAM philosophy.
Cheer Camp
Spirit, teamwork, and high-level performance skills developed alongside D.A.T.E. Academy’s championship cheer program. Open to current and incoming students who are passionate about cheer, dance, and performance.
